Featuring 80 pages of information relating to World Taekwondo Federation Patterns. From white belt all the way up to 9th Dan. Taegeuk 1 to 8. Koryo, Keumgang, Taebaek, Pyongwon, Shipjin, Jitae, Chonkwon, Hansu, Ilyeo.
Ideal for the beginner all the way up to Grandmaster. All colour belt patterns including Basic One and all Black Belt Patterns all the way up to 9th Dan.
The colour belt section features two pages, one for description of the pattern and the technical aspects of difficult and new movements and the other the pattern with easy to follow numbered photos with front and back views.
The Black Belt section feature four pages one for the description of the pattern and the meaning of the pattern name. Page two covers the technical aspects of both difficult and new movements. Pages three and four feature two pages of numbered photos as well as the line of Poomsae with numbered directional arrows showing an overall picture of which directions each movement takes.

Included for Black belts also are the subjects of History, Terminology and Philosopy needed for Dan gradings. These subjects have been researched and summarised in an enjoyable to read and informative manner.
